Will Linley and Nick Simpson along with fellow director Victoria Cribb have established the property aquisition service to enable their clients to take advantage of the many investment opportunities in the local housing market and to take the hard work out of finding the right property.

Victoria Cribb
My career in Estate Agency began some 9 years ago, after graduating from Northumbria University, where I studied a degree in International Business Studies.
Despite being born and educated in Yorkshire, London called and, after a brief stint in recruitment, I joined one of the UK's national agencies. I was thoroughly enamoured with the world of Residential Sales and Lettings, for me it combined two of my main interests, property and meeting a diverse range of people. I spent a few years in Sales but found that my true vocation was in Lettings.
Having passed my ARLA I and ARLA II certificates, I became Lettings Manager in a busy Battersea office. I thrived on the dynamic and, sometimes challenging, environment, but gradually craved the steadier pace of home.
Upon returning to Yorkshire I identified a need for recruitment consultants specialising in the regional property sector. I launched my own business doing exactly this, one of my clients being Linley and Simpson.
After a couple of years of good trading the property sector began to quieten down due to economic factors. It was at this stage that Mr Linley and Mr Simpson discussed their wish to branch out into Buy to Let Property Acquisitions... and here I am.
I think it's a great concept and enjoy watching it grow in success and recognition!
